The club is centred in Linton but welcomes members from nearby towns and villages.
If you’re interested in photography and have been wondering about joining a club, the Linton Camera Club is always ready to welcome new members. We hold meetings at the Village Hall in Linton once a month. The first hour is usually a presentation on a particular topic, then a break for refreshments and an opportunity to seek and share advice with other members. Sometimes there are practical sessions but always a chance to share a couple of your photographs (brought on a stick) with other club members at the end of the evening.
Our programme of meetings and events and any external events that we think our members would be interested in will be available here.
The Club welcomes members at all levels, including beginners who have little or no experience of taking photographs and looking for help and guidance in a friendly and helpful atmosphere. We are run by a committee and communicate with each other outside meetings using Facebook for sharing photographs and camera-related thoughts and ideas.
Club night is the 1st Monday of the month 7.00pm – 9.00pm, at Linton Village Hall, please see our Contact page for details.
The current annual membership fee is £20 due at the AGM in January. Membership includes free entry to club meetings each month and participation in members-only competitions and events. Non-member entry is £3 per visit, which can be deducted from the annual fee if you decide to join.
