Photographs may be used: they should not be bigger than 150 pixels wide by 120 pixels deep (that's 41mm x 27mm) at 75ppi ... if you have problems making the picture to these dimensions, please ask for help.

You may describe your items as you wish and you are solely responsible for accuracy. The words will be copied from your email and pasted into the website to avoid errors.

Email addresses and phone numbers can be used on the 'advertisements': it is your choice. If you just want to use your name, we can assume everyone knows everyone in the club.
