The club's activities are evolving all the time: as more members join, so the scope of what we do can be expanded

Some of them are:
Photographic awaydays ... we go out somewhere, as a club, to take photographs. These may be half-day local places, like Cambridge Botanical Gardens or a steam rally - or they may be more adventurous and take a whole day

Hall meetings ... we compare photographs in a friendly and helpful way

Club activities

Workshops to expand the interests and knowledge of members. Planned for 2007: Art & Photography, and Image Shows as Photo-Journalism

Training ... informal instruction, mostly, on how to use camera equipment and how to handle digital files for the best results

Annual exhibition
of members' photographs. This is open to all and everyone gets a chance to show the best of their work.

Helping in the community ... a key way of doing this is giving photographs to the Linton News. Other projects have included helping Oxfam

Getting together socially, perhaps to attend a lecture on photography or go off to an exhibition
